Ever put someone else in a situation where you once unhappily found yourself? The music for this song was written 8/20/1999 in Chautauqua, on my grandparents' porch on Janes. It was originally in 3/8 meter. Lyrics were written 8/29 on a flight home all at once... Recorded 12/2000.
